At Smoove Groove, we want you to love your setup. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Approved eligible returns include free return shipping instructions provided by our support team.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
